If you’re not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Eligibility:
•Items must be in new, unused condition — exactly as shipped.
•Products must be in their original packaging, including any additional or bundled items.
•Hair must remain unworn, unwashed, and unaltered (no combing, cutting, or chemical use).
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges:
You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items:
Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used hair, gels, or cosmetics cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
